Reverse Vending Machine (RVM)

The reverse vending machine (RVM) is a machine that accepts empty and old PET bottles and then provides Incentives or other types of benefit to the recycler based on the number of receptacles recycled. People can return empty beverage containers like PET bottles for recycling in exchange for certain incentive. All the consumer has to do is insert their empty beverage containers into the RVM, insert their mobile number, and the machine will calculate refund value/green points which will be accumulated against their ID(Mobile Number). This can typically be redeemed at the Stores, online. The refund value can sometimes be donated to charity.
